School Improvement Partners

Our school advisors and consultants are available to work with your school in just the same ways as English schools have a SIP who works with schools as an improvement partner. We can arrange for as much time that you feel is right for you and can support the main priorities for improvement in your School Development Plan. SIPs usually work with schools for 5 days per year and support headteacher performance management and further professional development.

We have a great example when our ex-head of school improvement Val Osbaldeston linked up with the British School in Muscat, Oman. Val worked with Steve Howland the school Principal who was quickly able to grasp how Bucks could help and support to help the school move forward. The relationship is 3 years old and Steve knows that if he ever needed any help or advice we were at the end of the phone/e-mail/Skype.
