• Provision of School Improvement Partners (SIPs) to assist with the performance management of Headteachers

• 3 year Local Authority support packages for British schools across all authority support functions

• Consultancy focused on improving the quality of provision in teaching and curriculum

• Links for staff to engage in regular communication with Buckinghamshire School Improvement Advisers and Consultants for support on all curricular matters

• Mock ISI/Ofsted inspections and subject/department reviews

• ISA Safeguarding Staff Checks and staff accreditation to reassure parents

• Provision of UK staff study visits to visit Buckinghamshire schools that have been deemed "Outstanding" by Ofsted and see best practice first hand
