Extensive national advisory service:

We have a large team of consultants who live and work all over the UK. They are happy to help and support schools for any aspect of school provision. For instance, we can check your monitoring and evaluation system to make sure it accurately indicates the quality of teaching and learning in your school. Many schools are asking for help in making sue assessment data and tracking systems are used to improve individual performance and address any identified underachievement.

Support in writing your SEF:

Are you worried about your SEF, new to post and inheriting an old SEF or just looking to review the content of this important document? If so our SEF support services may be just what your looking for. We can:

• Arrange for an OfSTED Inspector to review your SEF and provide written feedback on its strengths and more importantly areas for development based upon review of the SEF, RAISEonline and previous inspection report;
• Arrange for an OfSTED Inspector to come into school and lead a session with the whole senior management team working through the SEF, section by section;
• Arrange for an OfSTED Inspector to draft a mock PIB for your school based on review of the SEF, RAISEonline and previous inspection report to identify any potential inspection trails;

Mock Inspections:

All of our external consultants are active OfSTED Inspectors and they can help prepare your school for inspection by acting as critical friends. They can take you through the likely issues raised by your SEF and RAISEonline and advise on how best to address potential issues.

Subject/Department Reviews:

Our subject experts can come to your school and thoroughly review each subject. We can assess standards, the quality of teaching and learning, quality of the curriculum offered and the leadership and management of the subject/department.

Our consultants:

While we select our consultants for their proven expertise, all consultants are selected without reference to age, colour, race, nationality, etnic origin, gender or their sexuality. We will never place a consultant in your school before carrying out a thorough vetting exercise, including taking up references and speaking to fellow consultants who are familiar with, and have worked with the potential consultant.
